Headache
Migraines and other types of headache — such as tension headache and sinus headache — are painful and can rob you of quality of life. Migraine symptoms include a pounding headache, nausea, vomiting, and light sensitivity. Tension headache is one of the common type of headache. Physical and emotional stress caused tension on muscle. Contracted muscle disturbs blood circulation and bothers blood supply to the brain. Lesser blood supply causes the headache.
Cluster headache is the most painful headache and pain felt near eye area in the head.
The other type of headache is caused by accident or traumatic experience.
70% of headache by the accident and traumatic episode will be disappeared without treatment but 30% of the headache remains for months to years.
Frozen Shoulder
The tissues around the joint stiffen, scar tissue forms, and shoulder movements become difficult and painful. Frozen shoulder caused by pain, injury, or a chronic health condition, such as diabetes or arthritis. Any shoulder problem can lead to frozen shoulder if you do not work to keep full range of motion. There are some distinctions of the condition such as most often seen in 40 to 70 years old patients, more often in women (especially in postmenopausal women) than in men, and most often in people with chronic diseases.
Back Pain
Most people have experienced back pain sometime in their life. The causes of back pain are numerous; some are self-inflicted due to a lifetime of bad habits. Other back pain caused by accidents, muscle strains, and sports injuries. Although the causes may be different, most often they share the same symptoms such as persistent aching or stiffness anywhere along your spine, from the base of the neck to the hips, sharp, localized pain in the neck, upper back, or lower back. Back pain that radiates from the low back to the buttock, down the back of the thigh, and into the calf and toes. If proper treatment is not performed, dysuria (incontinence) and dyschezia (constipation) could be followed.
Knee Pain
Common arthritis symptoms of inflammation, pain, and stiffness are usually caused by degenerative arthritis (osteoarthritis). Other types of arthritis include rheumatoid arthritis and gout. No matter which type of arthritis you have, you need an accurate diagnosis.
Neck Pain
Neck pain can occur anywhere in your neck, from the bottom of your head to the top of your shoulders. Usually pain starts when neck moves especially related to extensor muscle. It can spread to your upper back or arms. It may limit how much you can move your head and neck. As condition get worse, numbness of arms, headache, and pain in thoracic vertebra, chest could appear along with neck pain.
